As a Back Office Assistant, you are an important link in our organization. You ensure
Ensuring that administrative and organizational processes run smoothly. Your tasks
include:
- Managing customer and supplier data.
- Assist with planning and logistics.
- Answering emails and telephone inquiries from customers and colleagues.
- Proactively contribute to the optimization of back office processes.
- You will report to the Office Manager.
- You have a degree in a relevant field, such as Office Management or
Administration. Experience in a similar position is a plus.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You live in the Mechelen area.
- Dutch is your native language, knowledge of French and English is desirable.
- You are organizationally strong and can prioritize well.
- You have excellent communication skills and can work well together.
- You are stress resistant and can handle deadlines well.
