Step 1 | Determine

Step 2 | Prepare

We always act with great respect for your home. Therefore, covering the floor with cardboard is a must. Then we remove the finishing layer of the wet wall, exactly to the agreed height. The debris is neatly cleaned up by our workmen.

Step 3 | Wall Injection

Up next? At the bottom of the wall, we drill holes 10 to 14 millimeters in diameter. We do this every 10 centimeters. Then we will inject your wall with the quality product Rewahgel inject A+++. This gel spreads into your wall for 3 to 4 weeks and forms a solid, horizontal moisture barrier, just above the floor. In this way, we put rising damp completely out of action.

Step 4 | Protect

We make every effort to combat not only rising damp, but also hygroscopic salts. These are often drawn upward, along with groundwater, and deposited. The result? Plaster and paintwork come loose again. We avoid this scenario by installing a salt-resistant membrane, which keeps your finish layer in its finest condition.

Step 5 | Finishing

Once the membrane is in place, roll up the sleeves to set your wall. Allow about 10 to 12 weeks of drying time before you can paint or wallpaper it. We recommend continuously ventilating your space during this period. At cold times, it's best to make sure you have minimal heating. By neatly waiting for the drying time, you can be sure of a spotless, moisture-free end result!
