Step 1 | Determine

Alles start met een uitgebreide vochtdiagnose. We komen ter plaatse, scannen het vocht in je buitenmuur en brengen de oorzaken in kaart. Na de uitgebreide check-up bundelen we onze bevindingen in een helder rapport, dat een definitieve oplossing naar voren schuift. Dé onderbouwde basis om je hydrofuge Gent uit te rollen!

Step 2 | Protect

We always act with great respect for your home. Therefore, we cover the framework with protective adhesive film and proceed thoroughly but carefully.

Step 3 | Cleaning

Voordat we je gevel hydrofoberen, worden de voegen hersteld en de stenen gereinigd. De reinigingsmethode hangt af van het type aanslag op je buitenmuren. Zien we mossen op je gevel? Dan behandelen we hem met een doeltreffend ontmossingsproduct. Daarna spoelen we de muur af met water, zodat de gevel volledig zuiver is. Step 4 | Hydrophobic facade

To combat moisture infiltration in masonry and concrete structures, we use Humifix: a water-repellent coating that we developed ourselves. This quality product is water-based and environmentally friendly. The gel is neatly spread over your facade. Thanks to its powerful effect, one layer is more than enough for an effective result.

Step 5 | Indenting the gel

The penetration of the gel requires several hours to several days, depending on the temperature and the substrate. The hydrofuge Diest keeps your facade in top condition and prevents moisture problems in the home, such as moisture stains, mold and loosening of the finishing coat (plaster, wallpaper or paint).
